By using our website and booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

• A valid driver’s license is required for all renters.

• Full payment is required to confirm a booking.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

 

2. Rental Policy

• Minimum rental period: [e.g., 2 nights]

• Pickup and return times must be adhered to as agreed.

• Renters are responsible for any damage, fuel charges, or traffic violations incurred during the rental period.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

4. Insurance and Liability

• Basic insurance is included; optional coverage upgrades are available.

• CAMP IBIZA is not liable for personal belongings or injuries during the rental period.

 

5. Use Restrictions

• Vehicles may not be used for illegal purposes or driven off-road.

• Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the vehicles (unless otherwise agreed).

 

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be handled by courts in Ibiza, Spain.
