Refund Policy

CAMP IBIZA Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 1, 2025

1. Cancellations

Full refund: Only if guests cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
50% refund: If guests cancel 14 days or more before check-in, but outside the 48-hour window.
No refund: If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Host payout: You receive 50% payout for cancellations between 7–14 days before check-in, and 100% payout for cancellations within 7 days.
Security deposit: 20 business days deposit handling.

2. Early Returns

No refunds are given for early returns or unused rental days.

3. Force Majeure

If we must cancel your booking due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), you will receive a full refund or credit for a future booking.

4. Modifications

Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur a fee. Contact us as soon as possible to request changes.
